About us

Chefs Britt and Colon’s story is one of love, ambition, and a shared dream. They met in the kitchen while working at a catering company, and their connection quickly grew from colleagues to partners in life. Within just a year, they not only tied the knot but also bought a home, a car, and started their own business—Mouthfeel.

 

What drove them to start Mouthfeel was their shared frustration with the lack of integrity they saw in the catering industry. Too often, quality was sacrificed for convenience. Determined to change that, they built Mouthfeel on a foundation of integrity, using only the freshest, high-quality ingredients and creating everything from scratch.

Both Chefs Britt and Colon bring a wealth of experience to Mouthfeel, having trained under renowned chefs and worked in top-tier restaurants, from Michelin-level kitchens to prestigious events. Their travels across culinary hotspots like Japan, France, and Italy have given them a global perspective, allowing them to incorporate diverse flavors and techniques into their creations.

Now, they bring that same energy and love into every event they cater. Whether it’s a small gathering or a large celebration, Chefs Britt and Colon pour their hearts into every dish, turning food into an experience. In addition to catering, they also offer private chef packages, giving clients the opportunity to enjoy a truly personalized, high-end culinary experience in the comfort of their own home.
