Every MouthFeel event is chef-led. You work directly with Chef Britt or Chef Colon Robles, not account managers or catering crews. We personally design, execute, and present your event.
No. We don't do buffets, banquet trays, or mass-plated service. MouthFeel experiences are chef-present: Grazing Tables, interactive Tasting Bars, and the Privé multi-course journey.
Yes. Every menu is curated for your event. We accommodate dietary needs and design around themes, seasons, and guest preferences.
MouthFeel is designed to enhance gatherings where detail, connection, and storytelling matter. We specialize in milestone celebrations, private dinners, art events, galas, corporate launches, and brand activations.
We recommend securing your date at least 2 months in advance. On occasion, we've accepted events with as little as 2 weeks' notice, but we don't overbook. Each event deserves our full attention.
We'll schedule a discovery consultation. Together, we refine the details, guide you toward the right service, and create a tailored proposal. Every step is chef-led and transparent.
