MouthFeel was born from the culinary connection of chefs Britt and Colon Robles—two visionaries whose shared passion transformed into a catering company that challenges every expectation.

What started with long conversations and creative sparks in another kitchen quickly evolved into a deeper partnership. Within a year, the pair were married, settled into a new home, and had launched what would become a celebrated name in Central Florida’s luxury catering scene: MouthFeel.

Britt’s passion for food was ignited in high school, leading her to travel and immerse herself in global cuisines. Colon honed his skills under sushi masters before broadening his repertoire to master a range of techniques and flavors. Together, they bring these experiences into harmony—creating menus that are bold, refined, and unmistakably theirs.

Fresh. From Scratch. Always.

Unlike traditional catering, MouthFeel avoids the shortcuts. No frozen, no fried, no pre-made. Every hors d’oeuvre, spread, and dessert is crafted fresh, with the finest ingredients sourced intentionally. Their charcuterie boards, for example, are curated works of art—layered compositions of meats, cheeses, fruits, and vegetables that showcase both flavor and form.

Colon explains it best:

“We are very strict about quality, and details make the difference. Even the way we fold our meats is designed to bring out more flavor and less fat.”

Grazing Tables as Living Art

MouthFeel’s grazing tables have become a signature—grand displays that blur the line between food and design. Built on locally sourced Florida cedar and styled with risers and elevated shelves, each table overflows with color, texture, and abundance. The result is not just food, but a showpiece that becomes the centerpiece of the event.
